For any clients who need our online technical support, our IT service representative will assist you real time via instant message tool.


You can send an email for support request at support@ucexchange.net .  Please make sure to provide necessary information for the sake of prompt assistance (i.e. your contact information and issues that you are encountering).

 

Please note that our normal Help Desk response time is four business hours for low priority issue. Help Desk is available M-F from 9:00AM – 6:00PM , calls after aforementioned service hours will be served as emergency. There will be another charging scheme for emergency services. For more details, please contact our service representative.

 

If you submit a Help Desk Service Request after the service hours and which is not seeing as an emergency, you will receive a response the next business day.
